Hey guys, I hope you're all having a good Christmas so far! Today marks the last day of Blogmas and I'm honestly not sure how I feel about it- although I really enjoyed it, daily blogging is so much work and pressure! So... want to know what Blogmas has taught me?

Daily blogging is HARD work
Heres a shoutout to all the daily bloggers out there, because I honestly don't know how you do it! As you'd expect, Blogmas ate up a lot of time, which I didn't mind... but December is already a busy period, so it was getting difficult!
You can do anything you put your mind to
Genuinely... I didn't know what I signed myself up for when I decided to do Blogmas, because I thought I wouldn't be able to complete it and, while yes, I did miss a few days- I did it! More than anything, Blogmas has actually made me fall in love with blogging all over again- which was a surprise outcome, I have to say!
Planning is KEY
This was an important lesson for me, and I'll definitely be applying it more to my normal blogging schedule. I planned for Blogmas more than I've planned for essays, which says a lot! However, it all paid off as thinking of post ideas becomes hard and I never wanted to push content out for the sake of it, or post 5 makeup looks in a row.
You should probably appreciate the summer lighting more
There was nothing worse this Blogmas than having to take photos for the week in advance with grey clouds covering the skies- honestly, any other bloggers here excited for when you can still take photos at 7pm? Because me too...
Time goes by quickly- especially when you're enjoying yourself
December was by far the best month for me, and it's just flown by! Even though 2016 may not have been the best year, it's gone by ridiculously quickly and given me a lot to think about...
